1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using QA Quest ("the App"), developed by Antalsea Games ("we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

QA Quest is a free educational quiz game designed to help users learn and practice Quality Assurance and Software Testing concepts. The App includes:

• Quiz games with multiple categories (ISTQB, Selenium, Python, SQL, API Testing, etc.)
• Interview Practice mode for job preparation
• Achievement and streak tracking system
• Various difficulty levels

3. License Grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

4. User Conduct

When using the App, you agree to:

• Use the App only for its intended educational and entertainment purposes
• Not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, modify, or hack the App
• Not use automated systems, bots, or scripts to interact with the App
• Not attempt to manipulate or exploit the achievement system
• Not use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

5. Intellectual Property

All content in the App, including but not limited to:

• Questions, answers, and educational content
• Graphics, icons, and user interface design
• App name, logo, and branding
• Source code and underlying technology

are the property of Antalsea Games and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our prior written permission.

6. Advertisements

The App displays advertisements provided by Google AdMob to keep the App free. By using the App, you acknowledge that:

• Advertisements are necessary to support the free service
• Ad content is provided by third-party advertising networks
• We are not responsible for the content of third-party advertisements
• You may see personalized ads based on your interests (can be disabled in device settings)

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
• Warranties that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or secure
• Warranties that all quiz content is 100% accurate (though we strive for accuracy)
• Warranties that the App will meet your specific learning requirements

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Antalsea Games shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of data or game progress
• Loss of profits or revenue
• Damages arising from your use or inability to use the App
• Damages arising from unauthorized access to your device

9. Educational Purpose Disclaimer

The App is designed for educational and practice purposes only:

• Quiz content is created for learning and practice
• Content should NOT be considered official certification study material
• We recommend using official study materials for certification exams (ISTQB, etc.)
• We do not guarantee that using this App will result in passing any certification exam
• We are not affiliated with ISTQB, Selenium, or any other testing organization

10. Updates and Modifications

We reserve the right to:

• Update, modify, or discontinue the App at any time without notice
• Add, remove, or modify questions, features, and content
• Modify these Terms of Service with notice through the App or this page

Continued use of the App after any modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe:

• Violates these Terms
• Is harmful to other users or the App
• Is illegal or fraudulent

12. Third-Party Services

The App may contain links to or integrate with third-party services (Google, Firebase). We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of these third-party services.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be resolved through appropriate legal channels.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Antalsea Games regarding your use of the App.
